Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals and ensure compliance
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical staff
• Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding according to dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
• Respond promptly to emergencies or resident requests for assistance
